  Great, immaculate house, beautiful island, golf course in great shape and worth playing.
  Only critique is it would be great to have info about the island, transportation, and logistics before getting there. For example, the clubhouse was closed for food Mon-Tues and there are no restaurants on Daufuskie, which means you must eat off the island. There is no real option to get supplies at the "general store" since it has essentially nothing in it, so need to get supplies off the island, or we found out later from someone instacart it in. Also times that the ferry runs, what to do with your car, and that there's actually a 5 min water taxi that goes directly to Harbourtown, instead of taking the 30 min ferry to the embarkment site then driving another 15 min, so took us 1 1/2 hours of commuting back and forth. Even basics of checking in, we came in at night,and bc no one is on the other side to ask questions, it's very confusing, didn't know where to pick up golf cart, ended up taking some random cart, oh and for some reason Google maps is off there (Apple's gps better).
  Sounds like lots of complaints, but we had great time, and if just had some info ahead of time to prepare, would've been better

  the place was absolutely fantastic. Exceeded my expectations. the only problem was dealing with the reservations office. there was a discrepancy on the billing and it never got resolved. never got an explanation for an overcharge and I just gave up after three months of trying to get this thing resolved.

  What a wonderful home! Everything about it was wonderful. Very well stocked, very clean and the beds were fantastic. The lighting was super and the layout worked out very well. Haig Point is the place to stay on the island!

  Highly recommend 31 Plantation Home townhouse. It was the perfect size for our family of four for our 4 day stay. It was well-appointed, clean, cozy and conveniently located to the Mansion, ferry & beach club. Love the screen-enclosed patio with views of the golf course, partial view of the water, ceiling fans and wide screen TV. So peaceful!

  This home was absolutely perfect for fit for our family. It comfortable fit six adults and one child. Renovations were incredible and truly made you feel like you were at a 5-star resort. Would love to rent this home again.
