  This was the first time in this home. We have stayed in other Plantation Homes before. It was our favorite so far. It has been updated very nicely and has plenty of space. All plantation homes are close to the ferry and lots of room to walk. We love all of the plantation homes. We will be back again for sure.

  Over all a very nice stay. The service was great. The unit was spacious. The hot water heater stopped working and the owner and club acted quickly to fix the problem although we had issues for about 1.5 days of our stay. The other issue is that the unit was freshly painted and there was dust everywhere. When I put my clothes in the closet shelves they were covered in dust. Lastly, the 3rd floor portable AC unit was not vented and just pumped the hot air back into the space. Even with these issues I would still book this unit again! Great service and location! I love Haig Point.

    Hey Alexander. Thanks for the review and apologies for the hot water issue. Fortunately, the Haig rental management folks reacted quickly to get the replacement hot water heater in so a big thank you (from us) to them. Plenty of hot water now! And good catch on the dust from the painting. We’re taking care of that as we speak along with the portable AC unit on the top floor. Hope to see you around the island again soon.

  This house exceeded our expectations. It was very close to the ferry and race start/finish. My party was 4 adults and 3 kids and the room/bed arrangements worked out perfectly. There’s one bedroom on the first floor, two on the second and one on the third, and each has its own en suite bathroom. The living room and dining room was spacious enough for us to all be comfortable while hanging out. The place was very clean and well maintained. The only issues we had were with the front door keypad lock being finicky and running out of hot water after 1.5 showers following the marathon. Overall I would highly recommend this property for large groups!
