  We have a large group on Haig Point every year for a buddies golf trip. We always rent two houses, and this was our first time renting this one. It is fantastic. A beautiful home with a massive deck looking out on the 1st fairway on the signature course. I'd like to rent this for a family trip as well. Love this place!

  Enjoyed staying here with my brother for a golf weekend. As a member building a home in Haig Point, it's tough to find affordable living quarters, but this one fit the bill, even though it would have fit 4 guys. The house is located close to the clubhouse but off the beaten path and very private. Only issues we had were with a complete lack of spices, oils or other cooking materials basics. We were only there for 2 nights and 3 days so making a giant purchase of spices wasn't in the cards. We did find salt and pepper for our steak... but that was about it. We also used the oven to broil the steaks because the grill appeared to be charcoal. . .suggest to the owners to get a propane grill for ease of guest use. This is nitpicky stuff, but is the difference between 4 and 5 stars.

  House was as described - beautiful, lots of nature and located on the 1st hole of the Signature Course where you can see golfers take their approach shot. Master bedroom on the 1st floor, large kitchen, and sunroom which was great for watching wildlife throughout the day. Lot of informational notes on the technology when it came to Wifi and cable made things easy.
