  Renting with Haig Point was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and transparent, the house was beautiful and big enough to accommodate our group with ease. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Hilton Head and/or Daufuskie Island.

  The house was attractive and clean. Had plenty of room and everything we needed. However the AC/Heat broke during our stay and our entire house full of guests was sweating and unable to sleep due to the heat rising to over 85 degrees inside the house. We called someone to come fix it and they said it would be several days before it was fixed. We were offered no apology or discount. That was disappointing as this caused a major inconvenience.

  We were very nervous about this trip. Although we’re already building on the island, our family had yet to visit it. The trip had to be perfect and it was. Lovely home, excellent rental help from our beloved front desk and outstanding food and service. Everyone was enchanted with Haig Point and return trips are already in the making. Many, many thanks!

  Overall experience was good. However the rear porches were not clean and four plastic cups with soggy cigar butts were on the porch causing quite an odor.
  The porches were unusable in the dirty conditions without the renters having to clean them.
