  The home is impeccable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well outfitted for cooking with plenty of space for dining and cooking. Haig Point is a wonderful place to vacation with golf, tennis, dining at your finger tips. We did a quick trip to harbor town a 10 minute boat ride.

  My 3 sisters and I stayed here for the weekend while attending grandson's wedding. House was lovely and roomy. While sitting in gazebo in backyard, an alligator came lazily floating by to complete ambiance and provide photo op. Only complaint: UNO card deck was missing a few cards. HA!

  This house is beautifully decorated and the location is fantastic. It is close to the playground, golf course and the beach. They have it well stocked with dinner and drink ware. The one very tiny negative: no window treatments in the house. Hence, the kids awoke very early. There are outdoor moveable shutters, which we closed but that is kind of tricky. We didn't care much as the house was so lovely, it gave us more time in the abode. We are renting this same house in June. Overall, perfection!

  Our second time staying in The Sanctuary. Both 9 and 11 Osprey are fabulous! 9 Osprey was a beautifully decorated home -- obviously professionally done with exquisite taste. Felt brand new. Light fixtures, furnishings, and decor were perfect for the destination. Front and back porches were lovely. Loved the wood floors for clean up and everyone appreciated the open space on the first floor -- Eat in kitchen plus room for games. Upstairs master bedroom and bath were fabulous. Only minor complaints were that there were no shades in the bedroom and bathroom windows yet -- so morning came early. Could have used some warmer bedding. Also, closets and armoire were locked out in the master, so we couldn't hang things. Honestly, beyond that it is a perfect vacation rental. Absolutely super loved it!!!
