Fantastic location in Haig Point's newest neighborhood, The Sanctuary! The incredible floorplan is ideal for entertaining with dining room and expansive great room and kitchen. The upstairs presents two large bedrooms, each with its own private bath, plus the spectacular owner’s suite. The features are simply incomparable, including solid-wood cabinetry, natural stone countertops, stainless-steel appliances, wide-plank flooring and designer light fixtures. And, the back porch dining area and private dock-deck is perfect for entertaining!

  The house was beautiful and spacious for our party of 8. It was just as described. The view of the lagoon was appealing. The deer would play each morning. It was a cold weekend and we would recommend throws being available for guest for the bedrooms and den area. We also recommend better stocking the kitchen to allow cooking meals. Grill was available but not mentioned in description or shown in pictures. Haig point is a beautiful place to visit and highly recommended! The ferry service makes the trek over seamless!

  My group had a 2-night stay at 11 Osprey Lane and it was fantastic! The home is gorgeous and the photos do not do it justice. I was lucky to have the entire 3rd floor to myself which included a bedroom, bathroom, living area, and workspace. The kitchen is fantastic for gathering and is just a beautiful space to be in. The backyard is exquisite with fantastic views of the pond. I highly recommend!

  Our friends spent Thanksgiving with us and stayed in this gorgeous home. Decor is perfect. Lots of space -- two families shared. Nothing but compliments on this one. On the expensive side of the rental pool, but very much worth it. And the HP team never misses a detail...we appreciate them so very much.

  Absolutely stunning home. New construction and obviously had a professional decorator with fabulous taste. The design was perfect for the destination. We spent 9 days and it was literally perfect. Good location and pretty street. Fishing off the back dock. A cigar at night under a porch fan. Meals at the kitchen table and games in the front room. 3rd floor was perfect for the work I had to do while family slept (a TV up there would be a plus). The home had a beautiful color palette, open kitchen with everything we needed. Bathrooms were big and beautiful. So much space to unpack and settle in. Easy to charge golf carts. Great wi-fi. On the more expensive side of the HP rental pool, but really worth it. This and 67 Prestwick are our very favorites we've stayed in so far.

  This house was perfect for our weekend at Haig's. We only wish we were able to take advantage of the house more. With so much to do on the island, it really is a great spot for you and your family or 2 other couples. Each room had a suite like experience. The location is great as it is only a few minutes to the beach and golf course. I would go back!

  The house is great. Understand that it sleeps 6 but it must be couples or 2 people that do not mind sleeping in a queen bed. This house does NOT have a microwave and since their is no grocery store on the island...this was a problem. Also NO kitchen utensils to speak of and no pans, etc. to use for cooking. Otherwise, very nice house.

  Very Nice Clean Home with comfortable couches and beds. The kitchen was lacking a micro wave oven and a light over the table. Very private setting on a clean lagoon with Gators.
