  We loved our stay at 67 Prestwick! Beautiful home and great location on Haig Point with views and proximity to clubhouse for golfers. Highly recommend this rental! The only negative was the check in process, we did not receive a key and did not have a golf cart waiting for us when we got there late in the evening, but this was all remedied quickly with Haig Point.

  Terrific home on the 10th tee at Haig Point. One of two rentals we had for a 5 day 4 night golf trip for 8. Each room had its own shower, kitchen had terrific appointments. Centrally located with walking access to clubhouse and east side of island. Completely updated. Will rent again. Tide and valet team did a great job getting instacart and liquor stocked before we arrived. A+ service.

  This house worked perfectly for our 5 adults and 2 children. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well with a great bonus room with a TV. All bedrooms also had TV's. The house was VERY CLEAN and VERY COMFORTABLE. We were on the island for a wedding which was lovely. Loved the island except for the noseeums which we never heard about. Not even bug spray helped. My only suggestion is that the rental company should provide a few basic items in the refrigerator (milk,etc.)because there is no reasonable market on the island.

  This house is in a fabulous location on the island, but the house itself could use some TLC. The furniture in the living area was worn and dirty. In addition, the was a significant leak in the master bedroom ceiling that we saw the moment we walked in the room, but since the ceiling was dry, we assumed the leak had been repaired, just not the cosmetic aspect. Well, we were wrong; the upstairs bathroom tub leaks into the main bedroom below, and the entire ceiling is damaged including the ceiling lights. We felt bad because a minor problem would not be significant had the leak been addressed sooner.

  Overall, our stay was great. The house was really close to the beach and the clubhouse, so the location was ideal for our needs. The TV's are a little old, and the master bedroom didn't have closet access so we weren't able to hang up our clothes, but other than that the stay was great!

  This is our family's 2nd time renting this home. It perfectly suits our needs. We especially like the large screened in porch on the back for watching the deer come up to the yard to graze at dusk (while not swatting away mosquitoes). Large dining room table! Raccoon-proof garbage can storage is a bonus!
  Several "cons" about this home that will make me pause before booking next year:
  - Day 2, there was a pest removal co. setting rat traps. 2 mornings later, we found a dead mouse downstairs and live mice upstairs (at bedtime), 6 sightings over 3 days. Not restful sleeping. On our last night, we were actually able to kill 2. We didn't report it til check-out because it appeared they were trying to solve it and it wasn't like there was another rental we could move to during a busy week that would fit our group comfortably so we just dealt with it.
  - the kitchen is missing key items. While some things are ample- knives and cookie sheets- it's lacking a large stock pot (which I swear was available last year). We didn't realize this til we went to have a crab boil the largest pot was 5gts. No wine bottle opener or bottle opener (there's one on the can opener but it doesn't fit all bottles).
  - on arrival, we noticed the front stair hand rail was broken and unsafe for use. We reported it, but it was never fixed during our stay. We had 2 handicapped visitors who needed a hand rail with us (broken hip and leg braces) who had to use the left side.
  - the downstairs guest bed still sags- my husband repaired/braced it for our stay but we reported this last year and it still sags.
  - Can't charge 3 carts at once, and the breakers keep popping (luckily Tide preemptively knew this and helped out by rigging a different line).
  - the fridge doesn't makes ice- so we use the golf course ice maker nearby drawing stares
  - there's only a charcoal grill
