  Very roomy condo in great shape. Unfortunately, the condo had a strong smell of bleach when I opened the door. I had to turn on all fans and open all doors to make the smell abate. It was awful. Took a long time for all showers to get hot water, several minutes long! Not allowed to use the fireplace which is a shame since we were there in January and it was cold. We were told a golf cart came with the rental unit but we were charged an extra $75 per day for the golf cart. The headlights didn't work on the golf cart either.

  Great Plantation Home rental, recently updated. This is our go-to rental a Haig Point due to convenience and upgrades.
  
  Only issue this time was that there is construction going on next door and the empty area was used as a parking area for the trucks etc and it’s created a bit of an eyesore in what is otherwise a lovely area!

  I'd love to return to this beautiful and amazing home/resort! The townhome was perfect and larger than expected. It has everything you need for a great time! The resort is gorgeous & quiet! It felt like we were in another world!
